Phones

Please keep your phone on silent during class. If you’re expecting an urgent call, let your teacher know beforehand.

We have a changing table available, along with diapers. Please feel free to use them if needed.
We also have some nursing pillow from bbhugme, which you are very welcome to use during your visit.

Respect the space

Please treat the studio, equipment, and one another with care. Return any props after class so the space is ready for the next community.

Water is available at the studio, and you’re welcome to bring your own bottle if you prefer.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your belongings together in the designated area. If you'd like extra security, we have lockers with keys available. Soulstone cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Photography & Video

From time to time, we capture photos and videos for Soulstone’s website and social media. We always aim to respect everyone’s privacy and avoid showing faces unless permission has been given. By attending a class or event, you acknowledge that photography or filming may take place. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let a member of our team know before the class. We’ll happily accommodate this.

Thank you for being part of our community.
We look forward to welcoming you to Soulstone. ♥️

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Soulstone located?

Soulstone is at Lehderstraße 26, 13086 Berlin, in Weißensee, close to Prenzlauer Berg. The studio is a 70 square meter, design-led movement space with a window-facing entrance.

What kind of studio is Soulstone?

Soulstone is a movement studio for modern families in Berlin. It offers Pilates, yoga, prenatal and postnatal movement, and baby and parent classes, alongside workshops and community events. It is not only a prenatal studio. It is a space for every stage of life, from a personal Pilates practice to a first class with your baby.

Does Studio offer prenatal yoga in Berlin?

Yes. Soulstone runs prenatal classes designed for every stage of pregnancy, held in Weißensee. Classes are rolling rather than fixed eight week courses, so you can join at any point in your pregnancy.

Does Soulstone offer postnatal classes?

Yes. Postnatal recovery and movement classes run weekly, including sessions led with Within Female Health. Most Berlin postnatal programs follow fixed course models tied to Krankenkasse cycles. Soulstone’s rolling format means mothers can join whenever they are ready, not only at the start of a course.

Is this place only for mothers, or can anyone join?

Anyone. Motherhood is Soulstone’s strongest niche and entry point, but the studio also runs general Pilates and yoga for anyone building a personal movement practice, alongside baby and family classes for the whole household.

What baby and family classes do we offer?

Parent and baby classes, sensory workshops, and children's workshops with Friendship in the Feld, held on recurring slots. There's also children's yoga with Ligia, using songs, storytelling, breathing exercises and relaxation to build confidence, body awareness and emotional wellbeing. These sit alongside the adult program, so a parent can build a Pilates practice and bring their child to a class in the same space.

How much do classes cost?

A drop-in class is for 22 euros. Class packs are available: a 5 class pack is for 100 euros and a 10 class pack is for 180 euros. Prices include German VAT.

How do I book a class?

Classes are booked through Eversports. Soulstone also plans limited availability through Urban Sports Club and ClassPass for discovery, alongside direct booking.

What makes Soulstone different from other Berlin studios?

Soulstone combines pre- and postnatal movement, baby classes, Pilates, and yoga in onedesign-led space, rather than splitting mothers, babies, and general fitness across separate studios. It is built as a community space, not only a class schedule, with a calm, considered interior rather than a clinical or gym-like feel.

Where exactly is Soulstone compared to Prenzlauer Berg?

Soulstone sits in Weißensee, directly bordering Prenzlauer Berg, making it an easy option for families in both neighborhoods looking for prenatal, postnatal, or family movement classes.
