We want Soulstone to feel like a calm, welcoming space for everyone.
Thank you for helping us create that together.
Please check in with your teacher when you arrive. They'll get you settled and show you where everything is.
Please remove your outdoor shoes when entering the studio space, and place them on the shoe rack behind the door if there's room.
Please keep your phone on silent during class. If you’re expecting an urgent call, let your teacher know beforehand.
Move in a way that feels right for you. Please inform your teacher before class if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from an injury, or have any health concerns that may affect your practice.
Babies are warmly welcome in our designated parent-and-baby classes. During family workshops, children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
We have a changing table available, along with diapers. Please feel free to use them if needed.
We also have some nursing pillow from bbhugme, which you are very welcome to use during your visit.
Please treat the studio, equipment, and one another with care. Return any props after class so the space is ready for the next community.
Water is available at the studio, and you’re welcome to bring your own bottle if you prefer.
Please keep your belongings together in the designated area. If you'd like extra security, we have lockers with keys available. Soulstone cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
From time to time, we capture photos and videos for Soulstone’s website and social media. We always aim to respect everyone’s privacy and avoid showing faces unless permission has been given. By attending a class or event, you acknowledge that photography or filming may take place. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let a member of our team know before the class. We’ll happily accommodate this.
Thank you for being part of our community.
We look forward to welcoming you to Soulstone. ♥️
